If you're looking for creative, up-to-date furniture design then head for Das Möbel. Lichterloh on the other hand specializes in retro furniture from the 20th century. Here, you'll find design classics from Arne Jacobsen to Carl Auböck. Right next door, in a shop designed by Viennese architecture team, propeller z, the boutique Nachbarin sells avant-garde fashion and jewelry from labels such as Veronique Leroy, Tim Van Steenbergen and Florian Ladstätter. A few steps farther along, the DWH store offers trendy fashions (exclusively from Austrian designers) as well as accessories for women and men. Hand-made pullovers, pants and skirts made from natural materials are available at Modus Vivendi. The label runs a studio with sales room opposite Esterházypark.
Fair trade fashion made from organic textiles can be found at Anukoo - for women who like to wear bright colors. Fair fashion is also presented by the label Anzüglich, just around the corner on Theobaldgasse. Also on Theobaldgasse, the shop We Bandits aims more at the younger, trendy clientele and has stylish fashion, shoes and accessories on its shelves. The Saint Charles Apothecary specializes in making its own products from local herbs and plants. Opposite is the Saint Charles Cosmothecary, with natural cosmetics of the highest standard.
