MTS Agency attends to the groups and coordinates the project on behalf of the Vienna Tourist Board.
To be able to participate in "Voices of the World", groups have to stay overnight in Vienna. A confirmation of booking must be presented to MTS Agency in time. MTS Agency will be pleased to establish contacts to Viennese hotels and incoming agencies.
This offer does not extend to organizers of festivals and music group competitions who require a different infrastructure for their performances and more than a maximum of two performances per day in Schönbrunn. Offers for such services may be rendered by MTS Agency and are subject to availability, as well as agreement of Schönbrunn Palace.
