The imperial summer residence, Schönbrunn Palace, was built by baroque architect Johann Bernhard Fischer von Erlach at the end of the seventeenth century. The show rooms are not the only thing worth visiting. One should also visit the collection of magnificent imperial coaches, as well as the palace park with the Gloriette, the Palm House and the Zoo.
Groups participating in "Voices of the World" have an opportunity to visit the palace at specially reduced prices – Imperial Tour (40 minutes) for 9.50 Euro (children 6-18 years 5.50 Euro), Grand Tour (60 minutes) for 11.50 Euro (children 6-18 years 7.90 Euro). The Schönbrunn Pass Classic for 14.90 Euro (children 6-18 years 11 Euro, students 9-25 years 14.90 Euro, groups of pupils 6-18 years 8,90 Euro) includes the Grand Tour, visit to the maze and to the labyrinth, entrance fee to the crown prince garden, the panorama terrace of the Gloriette, as well as attending an apple strudel show in the Hofbackstube (prices: valid until 2013).
