At the Vinegar Factory Gegenbauer at the Naschmarkt, there are more than 30 kinds of vinegar to choose from. The selection includes wine vinegar, fruit vinegar, beer vinegar, drinking vinegar and balsamic vinegar. All in small wooden barrels or glass balloons, which can be bought in pretty little bottles.
