This small museum, attached to the District Museum of Leopoldstadt, Vienna's 2nd district, exhibits documents, photos, programms, props, costumes, paintings and posters from the history of the circus, gives information on circuses in Austria and features famous clowns. The items on exhibit are predominantly from the private collection started by Heino Seitler in 1935 and donated to the city in 1968.
