For airline passengers and frequent flyers with upscale demands, the Vienna Airport has two locations set away from its standard services: the Priority Terminal and the VIP Terminal, both offering convenient and smooth arrival and departure.

With this special service, travelers and groups of up to 25 people who don't want to deal with the standard process of going through the airport can expect special treatment - whether it is because they need to get to their business meetings quickly or because they value the VIP atmosphere in an exclusive lounge.

The Advantages:

  • Exclusive use of a lounge in the Priority Terminal for one hour
  • VIP treatment for passengers and their fellow travelers
  • Baggage handling
  • Check-in, passport and security checks in the Priority Terminal
  • Individual transfer to and from the aircraft
  • Option of a personal greeting or farewell directly at the aircraft
  • Hotel transfer upon request (advance reservation required)
  • Tax refund: Help with VAT reimbursements in the Priority Terminal

Open daily from 7 a.m. to 10:30 p.m. Services also available outside of official opening hours by individual appointment.
