If you arrive in Vienna without a room reservation, the team will be happy to help you find suitable accommodation. You will also be given free brochures and information on sightseeing, event tips and day trips. Our guests can use the free WiFi available at the tourist information center. An information point and a ticket counter are equipped with an inductive hearing system. Wheelchair users can make use of an accessible service point equipped with a tablet.
The theater ticket agency Jirsa at Tourist Info offers last-minute tickets to various events on the same evening, daily from 2.00 pm to 5.00 pm. Discounted tickets can only be sold on a cash basis. A handling fee of 3,50 euros per ticket will apply. It is not possible to order the last-minute tickets by phone.
