Spielende Kinder im Atrium des Wien Museums

The Vienna Museum

Each year during the winter, the Vienna Museum offers free admission to play and learning activities for three to eight year-olds at the game station. The topics of the game station make reference to the city and the current exhibition program. It is conceived as a playing and learning area specifically designed for the motoric, cognitive and social abilities of young children.

Opening hours of the game station:
During winter season (from Nov. to March, exact dates see here) Tue - Sun, 10.00 am - 5.30 pm (last entrance 5.00 pm)
The children must be looked after.

There are also interesting activities and guided tours for children at other locations, such as the Hermes Villa, the Roman Museum and the musician monuments.

You can find information on the family program of the Vienna Museum here.
