Directly around the corner from the Vienna Naschmarkt is the cooking studio of the culinary platform, ichkoche.at, where cooking courses are offered on fixed dates: from Viennese cuisine to baking workshops for tortes or Christmas baking. In exclusively bookable apple strudel seminars for groups in the Hofbackstube of Café Residenz guests learn how to make a traditional Viennese apple strudel themselves from pulled strudel dough under the instruction of pastry chefs.
