Artă fără bariere
Când vine vorba de accesibilitate şi incluziune noul Muzeu din Viena a fost actualizat complet. În clădire și în expoziții se folosesc obiecte tactile, text în Braille sau text tipărit mare și informații în limbaj simplu. Buclele inductive și tururile în limbajul semnelor precum și limbajul simplu completează oferta.
Muzeul de Istorie a Artei oferă un serviciu internaţional special pentru orbi și persoane cu deficiențe de vedere. Trei capodopere din colecţia renascentistă a galeriei de pictură au fost transpuse în echivalentele lor tridimensionale tactile. Fotografii de rezoluţie înaltă ale tablourilor „Madonna în verde" de Raffael, „Maria cu pruncul" de Albrecht Dürer şi „Bufonul curţii Gonella" de Jean Fouquet au servit ca model pentru crearea reliefului, care oferă astfel o impresie despre compoziţia picturilor, dar şi nenumărate detalii ale acestora. Belvedere Superior organizează vizite speciale cu ghid, pentru nevăzători şi persoane cu deficienţe de vedere. Reliefurile tactile din „Sărutul” de Gustav Klimt, un model al picturii lui Egon Schiele „Cuplu uman ghemuit (Familia)” și un bust de Franz Xaver Messerschmidt permit o experiență de artă tactilă. Belvedere oferă suplimentar, ghiduri video în limbajul semnelor austriac și internațional.
Obiecte hands-on pentru persoanele cu dificultăţi de vedere se găsesc şi în Muzeul Roman din centrul Vienei. Și Muzeul Domului din Viena oferă tururi tactile. Punctul culminant este un relief al lui Rudolf Fondatorul.
La intrarea principală a Palatului Schönbrunn a fost amplasat un model de bronz al reşedinţei de vară a habsburgilor, realizat la scara 1:2000. Persoanele cu deficienţe de vedere au astfel posibilitatea de a percepe mai bine dimensiunile palatului şi a curţii de onoare aflată în faţa acestuia. De asemenea, sunt oferite şi vizite speciale cu ghid pentru nevăzători şi persoane cu deficienţe de vedere, în timpul cărora, vizitatorii pot atinge obiectele selectate.
Multe muzee din Viena oferă ghiduri video în limbajul semnelor austriac (ÖGS) precum și International Sign pe dispozitive speciale sau pentru a fi descărcate pe propriul smartphone. Majoritatea muzeelor din Viena oferă și tururi în limbajul semnelor.
Ghidul muzeelor oferă o prezentare generală cu o structură clară, a ofertelor foarte variate, privind accesibilitatea și incluziunea în Viena și în muzeele austriece.

The “Dom Museum Wien” app (free download) with detailed descriptions of the permanent exhibition can be used in talk-back or voice-over mode for blind and visually impaired people. The language selection also includes Austrian Sign Language (ÖGS). Portrait of Rudolf IV and a section of his precious grave cover have been turned into relief presentations with aid of computers and make ideal touching objects. Accompanying booklets “Simply explained”, designed in large print, are available for free. Inclusive art education programs are aimed at people with different biographical backgrounds and combine art experience with creative activity in the cathedral studio. The workshop series “So Close to the Center” was developed in cooperation with day centers that care for people with dementia. It evokes memories, discovers newness in art and combines both with the here and now.
