在到达门房约15分钟前电话预登记（电话：+43 1 525 24-7010）。自动门和楼梯升降机，均使用欧洲钥匙操作，然后经5级台阶到达收银台。在收银台层有电梯。经此电梯可到达古代乐器陈列馆和宫廷猎具兵器收藏室，而以弗所博物馆从这一层只能通过楼梯（共60级台阶）到达。

Right door wing can be opened with special key or prior notification by interphone and Tel. +43 1 534 10 511.
