Gürtel Nightwalk 2026

The Vienna Gürtel between Alser Straße and Thaliastraße is set to become the city's longest music mile.

The Gürtel Nightwalk is a staple of Vienna’s cultural scene and is taking place for the 27th time this year. On August 29, starting at 6:30 p.m., the Gürtel between Alser Straße and Thaliastraße will transform into a small festival. Four open-air stages, dozens of Gürtel venues with their diverse programs, and up to 40,000 visitors will make for an unforgettable evening. Once again, a total of around 40 acts will perform, ensuring the tried-and-true concept of the Gürtel Nightwalk in Vienna.
The “Night Market” and its art exhibitions will also be back this year.
