The Wienerlied Festival

The “wean hean” Viennese Song Festival will take place from April 21 to May 12, 2026, at various venues throughout Vienna. Over the course of several days, the festival will showcase the diversity of Viennese music and the Viennese song in all its facets—from classical sounds to new interpretations—at various venues with a packed program of concerts and musical events. 
Tradition meets modernity; preserving the musical heritage is just as important as promoting young artists’ new interpretations and perspectives.
