In 2024, the Rainbow Parade will make its way along Vienna's Ringstrasse boulevard for the 28th time. It is the highlight of Vienna Pride, which sees the rainbow flag flutter across Vienna for two full weeks. Numerous events are dedicated to the rights of lesbian, gay, transgender, bisexual, intersexual and many other people. The multi-day sports event for the LGBT community and friends takes place for the first time in Vienna in 2024. At least 27 types of sport are on the program for the approximately 3,000 participants from around the world. Everyone can take part – regardless of their sexual orientation. Already set as sporting venues are the Old and New Danube, where the rowing, sailing, stand-up paddle boarding and wakeboarding competitions will be held. https://eurogames2024.at/

Diversity Ball

Since 2008, "equalizent" has organized the annual Diversity Ball, a unique festival of joie de vivre and respect for human colorfulness and diversity. Many LGBT people in all their different communities come together for a rousing night at the ball in the Kursalon Wien, as a sign of the colorful nature of society, for tolerance, accessibility and mutual respect.

Rainbow Ball
