Parking spaces for people with disabilities
A number of parking spaces for people with disabilities are available at the main entrance to the park (P1). From experience, these parking spaces fill up quickly on busy days; the staff will direct you to suitable parking spaces.
Seeing eye dogs allowed
Wheelchair accessible restroom available.
Wheelchair users with escort and people with disability badge bearing the name of the registered escort will be granted free admission to the Castle Park upon presentation of a valid form of identification; this includes the respective escort.
The ground floor of the Franzensburg, which is located in the center of the Castle Park, is full accessible and can be viewed on a guided tour of the museum. For structural and accessibility reasons, however, we regret it is not possible to visit the first floor, the Tall Tower or the roofs.
