Fashionable discoveries

Just 60 seconds away from St. Stephen's Cathedral, one fashion store after the next is lined up on the Bauernmarkt. Mondial and Fisher’s Focus offer top-quality trendy fashion for women. The high-end COS line from the house of H&M offers purist fashion from Sweden. Shoes and bags are available next door at Musette.

Those who love avant-garde fashion have come to just the right place at Firis. Dries Van Noten and Ann Demeulemeester are the anchors here, alongside a steady stream of young designers. A few steps further on is the cool fashion of the Italian designer label Golden Goose. In the house opposite, the focus is on French chic from the hand of designer Isabel Marant.

Around the corner on Landskrongasse at Bocca Lupo, the focus is entirely on Vintage. It's a good place for a rummage. Those who take the time to look will discover real finds here from luxury houses such as Chanel, Gucci and Hermès. Select second-hand fashion by big-name designers is also offered in the neighborhood by the vintage store Das neue Schwarz.

Boutique Weiss is at home just opposite. The selection of women's and men's fashions has always been special here, the shop has been enlarged and now offers relaxed shopping pleasure. Lovers of purist fashion should also take a turn left onto Wildpretmarkt: Emis offers Japanese fashion by Yohji Yamamoto, Comme des Garçons and Issey Miyake.
