The Austrian-Chilean couple Judith Lergetporer and Diego Briones have created a truly special place with Z’som: right in the heart of Vienna, a Michelin-starred restaurant dedicated to Latin American cuisine. Head chef Briones was born in Chile and brings a wealth of flavors and aromas from his homeland to his contemporary, creative cuisine.
