Ottakringer Brewery

As Vienna's oldest brewery, Ottakringer Brewery has stood for living beer craft since 1837. Multi-award-winning beer specialties are brewed by the family company. If you'd like to take a look behind the scenes, then a guided tour will tell you everything about the brewing process, the raw ingredients used, as well as the exciting history of Vienna's last big brewery. The brewery tour ends with a wide-ranging tasting of Ottakringer beers.

Guided tours

Guided tours are organized for groups of 10 or more people. Should you not reach this number of people as a group, you are welcome to join other people with an interest in beer to learn about the brewery together. The guided tours are held from Monday to Friday, from 9.00 am to 5.30 pm. Appointments for guided tours outside these times are only possible by separate arrangement. Guided tours are also possible in conjunction with events held at the location. Please note that the tour will require participants to use a large number of steps and stairs.
