Standard cooking courses in English are also on the programme. For groups, individual courses are also put together based on interests (such as on Viennese pastries and cakes).

In the Wiener Kochsalon of the Wrenkh family, there are culinary workshops on changing topics such as "Wrenkh Classic" (vegetarian cuisine) right up to Austrian cuisine. The Kochsalon is also available for groups and cooking events on various topics (e.g. apple strudel workshop).

At "Cooking with Peter" including a Naschmarkt tour, it is all about classic Viennese cuisine. The participants buy the ingredients together at the Viennese Naschmarkt, cook a three-course menu and eat it together. It is accompanied by Viennese wine and Viennese water. The Vienna Cooking Tours of Andrea Beck also start with a tour of the Naschmarkt. Once all the delicacies have been sampled and bought at various booths, a typical Viennese menu is cooked and eaten together in Andrea Beck’s private kitchen (up to 6 people) or at the Gegenbauer vinegar brewery. The tours and cookery courses are offered in German, English, French and Spanish. On request, they can be combined with a tour of the vinegar brewery.

How do you beat a Wiener schnitzel? And how do you pull an apple strudel? This is what the participants of the Viennese cooking courses at Restaurant Meissl & Schadn learn. The courses on these two cornerstones of Viennese cuisine take place on fixed dates and are offered in German and English.
