Street food Viennese style

"Hungry for More" is the name of our new video format, in which we invite people around the world to discover Vienna's typical culinary delights and with them the Viennese lifestyle. In the first episode, we focus on the topic of Viennese street food. Which in Vienna naturally means the sausage stand. Chef Lukas Mraz (restaurant Mraz & Sohn, two Michelin stars) takes guests on an authentic sausage stand tour. From the oldest Viennese sausage stand to the most modern and to the hottest sausage stand (keyword: Chili challenge!). With him, we encounter local personalities and discover hidden gems of the Viennese street food scene. Lukas Mraz is always good for a surprise as well. He is considered to be the enfant terrible of the food scene and won't be stopped from interpreting the sausage in his very personal style.
