The Atmosphere Rooftop Bar on the roof of the Ritz-Carlton Vienna captivates visitors with an atmospherically decorated winter terrace and a wonderful view of Vienna. Guests are served punch and mulled wine on the winter terrace, as well as Austrian delicacies such as goulash and Buchteln yeast buns. Guests can even hire an authentic heated ski gondola, with Swiss raclette and Perrier-Jouët champagne served.

Punch on the Danube Canal

Despite the cold temperatures, guests' hearts are warmed on the punch terrace in the Klyo by the Danube Canal. Mulled wine, Kaiserschmarren (shredded pancake), and Christmas sausages are served here from November 14, with a view of the Danube Canal and the Giant Ferris Wheel.

The punch deck on the pool boat, which also lies on the Danube Canal, also offers a great view of Vienna's illuminated skyline. Here guests can indulge in a glass of delicious punch or mulled wine in the open air. A visit to the punch deck can also be perfectly combined with a round of curling on the pool boat. Braver guests can also try ice swimming in the 27-meter pool and combine it with a visit to the sauna.

The Aurora Rooftop Bar offers a festive atmosphere and punch with views high above Vienna’s rooftops. On the rooftop of the Andaz Vienna Am Belvedere hotel, hot punch and mulled gin are served, accompanied by delicious raclette rolls. Perfect for chilly winter evenings.

The Lamée Rooftop Bar is an outdoor rooftop terrace bar that is open all year round and offers a unique view of St. Stephen’s Cathedral, which feels almost close enough to touch. They don’t serve punch here, but classic and hot cocktails are on the menu and are ideal for warming up in winter. They also serve bar food.

A secret tip for punch in Vienna is Winter in the City at Haas & Haas. In the idyllic courtyard of Mozart House right behind St. Stephen's Cathedral, guests are welcomed with hot punch, mulled wine, and wines from the Haas & Haas vinotheque.
