The airport's information desk is located in the departure lounges in terminals 1 and 3, and in the arrival hall in terminal 3. Information can be obtained 24/7 over the telephone by calling +43-1-7007-222 33.
The Vienna Tourist Board's tourist information office is open daily from 9.00 am to 6.00 pm in the arrival hall (level 0). Here, you can get free city maps and numerous brochures, buy the Vienna City Card or redeem a Vienna Card voucher.
Accessible
Vienna Airport is 100% accessible. Pictograms and control systems make it easier to orient yourself, while monitors at eye-level make flight information easier to read. If you require assistance, you can request this with your travel company 48 hours before departure. Vienna Airport App
The free app offers up-to-date status reports on arrivals and departures as well as information about the airport. It can be downloaded in German and English from the App Store or Google Play. To be able to use the service, a data or WiFi connection must be available.
WiFi
Free WiFi is available throughout the airport. The only prerequisite is that the mobile device must be equipped with a WiFi compatible Wireless-LAN card. Power sockets are available in all lounges and in the waiting areas at gates B, C, D, F and G (see map).
