Public Screening for Eurovision in Vienna
The grand, colorful live shows of the 2026 Eurovision Song Contest will take place at the Wiener Stadthalle. Public screening locations are spread throughout Vienna. Whether outdoors at the Eurovision Village on Vienna’s Rathausplatz, at the Strandbar Hermann, on the stage of the Vienna Volksoper, or at the rustic Ottakringer Brewery—all ESC fans will find their favorite spot for public screening of the ESC in Vienna.
Eurovision Village at Vienna's City Hall Square
In 2026, Vienna’s City Hall Square will once again transform into the world’s most beautiful public viewing location: The Eurovision Village on City Hall Square will be open daily from May 10 to 17, from 2:00 PM to midnight or until the end of the show—free of charge, while space lasts. Both semifinals and the final will be broadcast live here. In addition to the extensive culinary offerings, national and international acts will perform, and a diverse lineup of DJs will really get the crowd going.
Eurovision on the Beach: Strandbar Hermann
Strandbar Hermann is a popular spot for all kinds of public screenings—including the Eurovision Song Contest. All three live TV shows will be broadcast (May 12, 14, and 16), complete with a selfie station, a ping-pong table, a €1 wheel of fortune, and, of course, that beach vibe! It’s worth arriving early to snag the best seats!
Eurovision on Tap: Ottakringer Brewery
Vienna’s largest brewery, Ottakringer, not only produces the official Eurovision Song Contest fan beer, but also hosts a public viewing event in the rustic, historic brewery hall.
Grand Finale at the Theater: Vienna Volksoper
The Grand Finale will be screened in the beautiful auditorium of the Volksoper. A total of 1,300 Eurovision fans will have a place here to cheer, share in the excitement, sing along, and celebrate together.
