For safety reasons, only nine wheelchair users (three per floor) can be admitted to the building at any one time, so there may be waiting times at the entrance ticket desk. Trained staff are available to answer questions and provide assistance.
Two express elevators take visitors up to the observation platform that sits some 150/155 meters up the 252 metre-high tower, featuring panoramic screens, a café and a revolving restaurant.
